Case Management

We provide services to Rhode Island residents living with HIV. Our case managers work with individuals and families to identify and develop plans to meet their specific needs.

Our goal is to help each individual/family lead as healthy a life as possible. We do this by providing comprehensive services. By providing information and resources, we hope to help people make healthy, productive decisions for themselves and their families.
