Signing-Up Participating Establishments for Thursday, May 2nd

Only the best restaurants, bars and clubs in the Rhode Island area will participate by donating a percentage of their total sales on May 2nd to help ACOS achieve our mission. In turn, we promise to pack these establishments and make sure it is busy on the night of the event so it is a win-win for both parties. It's simple to participate. Just visit one (or more) of the participating businesses on May 2nd and eat, drink and be merry. That's It!

Volunteers Needs for our Garden Project- April 27th

Do you like to garden or just make outdoor spaces beautiful? Are you looking for a group project, outdoor activity, community service or just want to give back? Then please join us on Saturday, April 27th for our Garden Project in Providence starting at 10am. All individuals, families, businesses and groups of all ages, sizes and types are welcome to join the fun!!! This is a great opportunity for student groups, churches or anyone that likes to work with there hands and not afraid of getting a little dirty.

For example, if you spend $17.83 at a restaurant on your linked debit card or credit card, AIDS Care Ocean State will add 17 cents to your purchase.

HIV-prevention Medications Now Covered by Health Insurance in RI

Legislation that will help reduce the spread of HIV transmission by making HIV-prevention and post-exposure medications accessible and covered by insurance, including newer injectable formulations, was signed into law at Open Door Health in Providence, RI's only LGBTQ+ dedicated primary care and sexual health clinic.
