Bill has worked at AIDS Care Ocean State as the Housing Coordinator since February 2003.
His interest in the filed of subsidized housing began while working for a local community mental health agency. He realized that the young, chronically disabled population were facing many obstacles in gaining access to safe and affordable housing. Bill became more involved while working for a privately-owned management company which owed & managed several low income properties where he had a first-hand experience with the barriers facing this fragile population. Shortly after, Bill took a position at Rhode Island Housing in which he had oversight responsibility for the resident services programs at 92 housing developments which helped him to make an even bigger impact to help those in need.
